Get in the Cave
Open Cave drop-in time runs alongside our coached sessions, which start Saturday, October 3 on Saturday afternoons. Spots are limited on purpose so every player gets reps.
Open Cave
Drop-in turf time for players who want extra reps, run like stick and puck at the ice rink. Come shoot, hit the wall, throw with friends, or work on whatever part of your game needs it. No coach, no set drills. A full-size goal, balls, the 48 ft wall ball wall and the Bluetooth speaker are all yours. Ages 10 and up, capped at eight players.
Required gear: boys need a helmet, girls need goggles. No gear, no turf.
Book on LeagueAppsGuided Shoot-A-Rounds
For players who already have their fundamentals and want to sharpen their game. We start by shooting around to see what each player needs, then spend the session working there. Capped at five players so nobody stands in line.
Book on LeagueAppsLacrosse 101
A full introduction for players picking up a stick for the first time: throwing, catching, cradling and ground balls, starting stationary and building up to doing it all on the move. Sticks available if you don't have one yet.
